Permissions

Permission
Description

ticketflow.staff

If given, the player will have access to staff tools for handling tickets.

ticketflow.admin

If given, the player will have full access to plugin features.

ticketflow.assign

If given, the player will be able to assign specific staff to a ticket.

ticketflow.priority

If given, the player can change priority of a ticket.

ticketflow.status

If given, the player can change status of a ticket.

ticketflow.newcomment

If given, the player will receive notifications when a player replies to a ticket.

ticketflow.toppriority

If given, all tickets made by the player will get the ticket priority "Priority", sorted above all non-critical tickets.
