TicketFlow is very easy to use for players. When using /tickets, a GUI will appear where you can either view your created tickets, or submit a new ticket.
When clicking the skull, you can see all your active tickets.
Furthermore, by clicking on any of your tickets in the Your Tickets GUI, a new GUI will open with your ticket information available here. This is also where you can see replies on your ticket, post new replies, as well as see the status and priority of the ticket.
If you instead click the book and quill in the main ticket GUI, the process of submitting a ticket will begin. First, you need to click on the category you want to create a ticket in. Then, a new GUI will appear with all input fields. Once you have filled in everything you need to, you can press the emerald block to submit the ticket. If you wish to cancel the process, close the inventory or click the barrier item.
You can now, at any time, follow the instructions under "Your Tickets" to view & manage your own ticket.
